For over 15 years, I have dedicated myself to studying the dating process, communication, and relationships. My mission has always been to find the key to keeping our hearts open to love.Through my journey, I have discovered one important lesson: We are designed to love, and to love requires bravery, vulnerability, and peeling away the layers that get in the way. That's exactly what I want this podcast to represent - a space that is natural, raw, playful, and genuine. A place where we can explore the beauty and the challenges of living with an open heart.Episodes will include conversations with people who inspire me, intrigue me, and light me up. Some episodes will be direct conversations with you about what I am learning on the court as a dating coach and matchmaker. And I’ll do some episodes dedicated to answering your questions.I believe that each and every one of us contributes to building a loving world for all, and that first step is being loving to ourselves.Heartfully,Crista

Eric Payne, a divorced dad and retired marriage & fatherhood blogger, tells the comedic tale of his "Chapter 2" — having to start life over brand new after a divorce he didn't want. What Does Starting Over Mean?Although "free” for the first time in 15 years, Eric has years of baggage and a stubborn desire to hold on to the past which initially keeps him stuck as he tries to move in a world way different than the one where he first met his ex-wife in the year 2000. From one-night stands to ghosting to online dating, to mental anguish and heartbreak to the self-care that is required of a 40+, divorced Black man and father in America, Eric tackles it all with fearless transparency, vulnerability, and a refreshing sense of humor — especially when it comes to making fun of himself. It's transparent, it’s raw, it’s funny, it’s messy, and it’s hopeful, but most of all it’s proof that second chances do in fact exist for us when life doesn’t go as planned. Tune in for the exploits, especially the failures — there are plenty along the way on his journey of trying to find love again and discovering himself in the process.

Men like you submit questions on dating & sex, then I ask a group of women to answer them. As a moderator and a guy, I help them answer in ways men understand. Also, I keep them focused on positive feedback (what they like and want us to do more of), not negative (what they hate that we do).Dating podcasts for men like us tend to be negative feedback from women (”stop ghosting!” ”don’t be too aggressive!”), or just pick-up artists. Neither are helpful, because dating and sex are about building empathy and connection. So guiding the group of women to focus on positive feedback, and particularly to tell you what they like, is much more helpful. And more fun, too! What would you like to have answered? Please send me your questions, I’d love to get them answered! http://www.debugdating.com/questions
